The Women's Future Fund is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your personal information. To that end, the personal information of members, employees, volunteers and donors will never be disclosed or sold to third parties without explicit consent.

What is Personal Information?
Personal information is any information that can be used to identify, distinguish or contact a specific individual. The type of personal information collected by the Women's Future Fund includes but is not limited to: names, street addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, credit card and/or banking information.

Purpose of Collecting Personal Information
The Women's Future Fund collects your personal information in order to process your donation, send you charitable tax receipts, and occasionally correspond by post or email to provide you with information and updates about the activities of the Women's Future Fund and its member organizations, and to invite you to special events being held in your area. You may choose not to receive this information at any time.

Use of Personal Information
All personal information is kept confidential. Personal information will only be used for the purposes listed above, and will only be retained as long as is necessary to fulfill those purposes. Financial information is retained by the Women's Future Fund for the purpose of administering charitable giving. Safeguards are in place to ensure the security of this and all other personal information, with access restricted to Women's Future Fund employees, based solely on their need to use the information for the purpose(s) for which it was obtained. We collect, use and disclose personal information only for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in light of the circumstances.

Permission to Collect Personal Information
Filling out and signing a donation form is considered by the Women's Future Fund to constitute consent for the collection of personal information necessary to contact the donor and administer their financial contribution. Please be advised that you hold the right to review and make changes to your personal information, and to withdraw your consent for its use at any time.
